Reserve a Study Room in Thomason Library

• Select the room and start time by clicking on the appropriate box in the grid
• Select the end time from the drop-down menu that appears at the bottom of the page
  • You MUST use your presby email address to make a reservation
  • Rooms may be reserved for up to 3 hours at a time.
  • There is currently no limit on the number of reservations allowed.
• You will receive an email confirming your booking and giving you a check-in code.  You will need this email with your check-in code when you come to the Library!
• When you arrive at the study room, either scan the QR code located beside the door or visit the link in your confirmation email and enter your check-in code.
  • If you do not check-in within 20 minutes of your reservation start time, your reservation will be cancelled.
• Finally, when you are finished with your reservation, scan the QR code again or visit the link in your confirmation email to check-out.
